General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 General Provisions, Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all our business relationships with our customers.
Our GTC apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Offers
Our offers are non-binding and subject to change.
§ 3 Appointments, Treatments
Treatments are provided upon request and by appointment to all legally competent persons aged 18 and over.
For persons under 18 years of age, the consent of the legal representative is required.
If the customer requests a specific appointment, we will try to comply with this request. However, due to the large number of requests, this is not always possible.
Agreed appointments are binding.
The duration of the treatment can be found in the offer and price list.
If we are unable to keep an appointment due to reasons beyond our control or force majeure, we will inform the customer immediately.
We are entitled to postpone the appointment at short notice or to withdraw from the contract.
§ 4 Delay by the Customer
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
a) In the event of cancellations or postponements within 24 hours before the appointment, the obligation to pay 50% remains.
b) In the event of no-show without cancellation, we are entitled to charge the appointment in accordance with § 615 BGB.
If the customer arrives late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly without a price reduction.
§ 5 Prices and Payment Terms
Our current price list applies.
Payments are due immediately in cash or by EC card after treatment or upon delivery of the goods.
In justified cases, appointments can only be accepted after advance payment.
§ 6 Warranty
Products appropriate to the skin’s needs are used.
No guarantee can be given for success or compatibility.
The customer is obliged to provide truthful information about allergies, illnesses, etc.
Defects must be reported in writing within 10 days; otherwise, claims are excluded.
In addition, the statutory provisions apply.
§ 7 Liability
Claims for damages expire after three years.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations, injury to life, body, health or product liability.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for typically foreseeable damages.
§ 8 Sale of Goods
Retention of title: Goods remain our property until full payment.
Defects in goods: statutory provisions apply.
Exchanges: Promotional goods, individual orders or used goods are excluded from exchange, except with proof of allergy.
§ 9 Gift Vouchers and Special Offers
Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash and expire three years after the end of the year of issue.
Promotional offers are only valid within the specified period or while stocks last.
Special offers may be terminated without notice.
§ 10 Right of Amendment
We reserve the right to make changes to the type and scope of treatments as well as prices.
§ 11 GTC, Price List
With new GTC or price lists, all previous ones become invalid.
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
§ 12 Final Provisions
The customer shall only be entitled to set-off or retention rights in the case of legally established or undisputed claims.
The customer may not assign his claims.
Deviating agreements require written form.
Should a provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest economically.
